With the launch of the new website, the Casa Santa Elisabetta Association (ACSE) is taking a further step in renewing its institutional communications and the overall concept of hospitality in Ticino. The digital platform, completely redesigned in terms of both graphics and structure, is part of the broader rebranding process initiated by the organization and aims to make all of its hospitality services in Ticino more readable and accessible.

The portal was born from the need to simplify access to information for users, families, professionals, and institutional partners. Through streamlined navigation and a new content architecture, the site offers a clear overview of the activities ACSE has been carrying out since 1947 to support women and children experiencing vulnerable situations.

Reception in Ticino: ACSE launches a new website dedicated to social services. At the heart of the new approach are the association's five areas of intervention: the residential facilities of Casa Santa Elisabetta and Casa Estìa in Lugano, the Meeting Points in the four regions of the Canton, the Home Assistance Service currently under development, and the Listening Service for minors. Each area is described with essential information sheets, designed to facilitate orientation and understanding of the services offered.

According to the association, The digital project was guided by three key principles: transparency, accessibility and clarityThese values reflect ACSE's operational approach and find in the new website a concrete tool for engaging with the local community, both for those seeking support and those wishing to support the organization's activities.

Alongside the presentation of services, the platform hosts a section dedicated to partners and collaborations, a media room for information professionals, and a constantly updated section on career opportunities and various support options. Special attention has been paid to mobile use, with the aim of ensuring a consistent and functional experience on smartphones and tablets.

The digital communications project was developed by the Lugano-based agency Mazzantini & Associati SA, a company with over thirty years of experience in strategic communications and digital transformation, with extensive experience in the public and non-profit sectors.
