After starting his career at Le Méridien Montparnasse, followed by a stint at Costa Crociere, he landed first at Le Pavillon des Lettres, a charming 4-star hotel, and then, in 2018, at the Splendide Royal Paris.
The hotel hosts within it the Tosca restaurant, where you can enjoy refined Italian cuisine that combines tradition and modernity, entirely made with selected products prepared by the chef Paul Ambrose.
The Splendide Royal is a showcase of Italian elegance and is known as the “Pocket Palace” because, with its 12 spacious and refined suites located on 6 floors, 2 per floor, and its unique lounge, is the smallest 5-star luxury hotel in the capital. This jewel of elegance offers a stay marked by luxury, tranquility, and pleasure, with refined furnishings enhanced by carefully selected works of art by artists such as Mitoraj and Botero.
The palace, built in 1897, first hosted the famous landscape architect of Louis XIV and creator of the French garden André Le Nôtre and later belonged to the fashion designer Pierre Cardin, to then be reborn with the Naldi family in 2016 respecting its lines and original architecture.
The suites are bright and quiet, spacious, and equipped with a state-of-the-art home automation system and light marble bathrooms with underfloor heating. In these spaces, classic design blends Parisian chic with Italian sophistication, including furniture crafted by Italian artisans. During the building's renovation, everything was designed with an eco-responsible spirit, thanks to the use of renewable materials, systems that minimize energy consumption, and a steam cleaning system that eliminates the use of detergents.
The Splendide Royal Paris has joined the first five-star hotels in the Roberto Naldi collection, the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa and the Splendide Royal in Rome, the Splendide Royal in Lugano and the 4-star Mancino 12 also located in Rome.
