Born in Brossard, Québec, in 1972, Patrice Bosch is the new face of'Hockey Club Lugano. The 49-year-old with dual Swiss-Canadian citizenship has signed a two-year contract with the HCL.
During his career as a player, Bosch wore the HCL colors as a Juniores Elite and as a first team player (8 games). As a coach he has amassed a solid career in the Canadian youth leagues. Between 1999 and 2019 he led several teams of the QJHL (Québec Junior Hockey League) and the QMJHL (Québec Junior Hockey League), in particular the Grandby Inouk and the Chicoutimi Saguenéens, also covering the role of General Manager for some seasons. On several occasions Bosch was assistant coach and head coach of the Canada East U19 selection. In the last two seasons, Bosch has also directed the U20 Elit of the Geneva Servette.

The experience of assistant coach on Paul Di Pietro's Juventus bench will continue for the third consecutive championship. The 50-year-old native of Sault Ste. Marie in Ontario, also a Swiss and Canadian citizen, winner in his career as a player of the last Stanley Cup won by the Montreal Canadiens in 1993, has signed an agreement valid for the 2021/22 season.

I am very happy to work with him because he has an excellent relationship with the players and because he will be able to give his contribution in powerplay and in terms of offensive tactics ”.
