Rocca expands its presence in Sicily with a new boutique in Syracuse.

Rocca, an Italian chain specializing in fine jewelry and watches and part of the Damiani Grouphas announced the opening of a new boutique in Syracuse, in the historic center of Ortigia. The operation, carried out in collaboration with the Zimmitti family, is part of a development plan aimed at strengthening the network in areas with a strong cultural and tourist vocation.

The chosen location is located on Corso Matteotti, one of the city's main thoroughfares. The space, spread across two levels for a total of approximately 300 square meters, was designed to offer a visitor experience consistent with the brand's positioning. The space combines warm tones and select materials: wood, cream and beige upholstery, textured wallpaper, and mosaic details contribute to a simple yet refined atmosphere. The furnishings, characterized by soft lines and champagne-colored satin metal finishes, complement the presentation of the collections.

Rocca expands its presence in Sicily with a new boutique in Syracuse.Venini, a historic Murano-based brand belonging to the Damiani Group, also plays a central role, presenting furnishings and an impressive blown-glass chandelier with amber hues. The integration of jewelry, watches, and glass art underscores the desire to offer a coherent narrative of Italian manufacturing excellence through complementary brands.

The boutique showcases creations from the group's fashion houses, including Damiani, Salvini, and Venini. There are also corners dedicated to high-end watchmaking brands such as Rolex, Bvlgari, and Tudor, along with other leading names in the sector, such as Baume & Mercier, Tag Heuer, Longines, Dodo, and Montblanc. This selection broadens the offering and appeals to a clientele interested in a diverse selection, combining high-end jewelry and watches.

Syracuse is a strategic location. With its historic center recognized by UNESCO in 2005, the city is among Sicily's largest urban centers in terms of population and cultural significance. The opening in Ortigia brings the brand's total number of stores on the island to six, confirming a progressive investment in the region.

According to Giorgio Grassi Damiani, Vice President of the Damiani Group, the new boutique is part of a growth strategy focused on prominent locations, aiming to offer attentive service and an experience consistent with the company's values. Salvatore Zimmitti, CEO of Bruno Maria Zimmitti 1858, also emphasized the significance of the initiative, highlighting the continuity between family tradition and future development.

The Damiani Group, founded in Valenza in 1924, brings together several companies in the sector: in addition to Damiani and Rocca, it also includes Salvini, Calderoni, Bliss, and Venini. This network of brands operates with complementary expertise, from contemporary jewelry to diamond selection to artistic glassmaking.

The Syracuse opening confirms a strategy focused on a direct presence in highly attractive locations, with spaces designed to showcase products and strengthen customer relationships. This approach is being developed through real estate investments, local partnerships, and a structured commercial offering, in line with the evolution of the luxury market in Italy.
