In parallel, the choice to nominate IN – member of the K-pop band Stray Kids – as a global ambassador marks an opening towards a younger and more digital audience, intercepting new dynamics of consumption and communication.

Strategic acquisitions and industrial strengthening

Among the most significant operations of the year stands out the agreement signed with Richemont for the acquisition of the historic watchmaking maison Baume & MercierThe closing, expected this summer, will allow the group to expand its presence in the hard luxury segment, integrating a brand with nearly two centuries of history.

Added to this is the acquisition of Laboratorio Carraro Srl, a specialized company based in Valenza, which further strengthens control of the production chain and the wealth of technical expertise.

On the commercial front, the group continued its global expansion plan, which led to over 30 new openings. Of particular note is the inauguration of its first flagship store in South Korea, "Casa Damiani Seoul," located in the Gangnam district, one of Asia's main luxury hubs.
