The one you just opened is the only AMG Performance Center of its kind in Switzerland. Why did the choice fall precisely on Ticino?
«Some figures are sufficient to explain the role of AMG in Ticino. Sales reach around 25% of all Mercedes sold in Italian-speaking Switzerland, a higher average than in Switzerland (where they are around 20%) and in Europe (around 12%). We have dedicated an independent space to our new Performance Center, with its own mechanical workshop and a separate entrance from that of the Mercedes headquarters. All this contributes to creating an exclusive space that well interprets the philosophy of the AMG brand, where each model is developed and designed with the aim of perfect tuning and synergy of all the components in order to give life to a car capable of to ensure driving pleasure on the road, but also to establish itself on the track ».
