Zurich is preparing to host a high-impact artistic and industrial event that combines technological innovation, contemporary art and automotive design. From 6 December 2024 to 31 January 2025, the Genesis Studio in Zurich will host Inner Power, an immersive installation designed to celebrate inner strength and vital energy, concepts at the heart of the Genesis brand philosophy.
Created in collaboration with Korean art collective OMA Space, this multisensory exhibition exemplifies how art can be a tool to tell a story of engineering excellence and creative vision.
Inner Power, a sensory journey between nature and technology
The heart of the experience is a 15-minute path, to be undertaken strictly barefoot, which leads visitors through natural materials such as lava stone and pebbles, evoking the primordial power of the earth. Lighting, videos and an enveloping soundtrack enrich the environment, making it a true multisensory experience.
The installation is inspired by the GV60 Magma Concept, the first high-performance model in the Genesis lineup, which combines advanced technology with bold design. Having debuted at the Zurich Motor Show last month, the GV60 Magma will be on display in the Genesis Studio throughout the event.
Beyond Art: The Philosophy of Genesis
The installation Inner Power reflects Genesis' desire to push the boundaries of the automotive sector, transforming every interaction with the brand into a memorable moment. This initiative is part of a global program that includes other artistic installations, such as the spectacular STARSCAPE at the Genesis House in New York.
“Our mission,” said Michael Cole, CEO of Genesis Motor Europe, with pride, “is to offer unique and meaningful experiences. With ‘Inner Power’, we invite the public to explore not only the design and performance of our cars, but also the energy and passion that drives each of our creations.”
“Through this collaboration,” OMA said, “we want to help people reconnect with their inner strength, using art as a bridge between technology and nature.”
Hospitality and innovation
At the end of the artistic journey, visitors will be welcomed in the welcoming atmosphere of the Genesis Studio, where they can discover the values of the brand and enjoy a moment of relaxation with typical hospitality. Son-Nim.
The Genesis Studio in Zurich, one of the brand's three centers in Switzerland – along with Geneva and Basel – is designed to be an exclusive meeting point, where the public can explore the Genesis universe, book test drives and receive personalized assistance.
