The meeting held in the prestigious location of the Hotel Villa Principe Leopoldo in Lugano, guests of the general manager Barbara Gibellini and the chef of the kitchen Dario Ranza, confirmed to be a platform-event capable of harmoniously blending the best professionals operating in the Canton with a playful-gastronomic evening where everything took place under the banner of the highest quality, surprise and fun. The exclusivity of the evening lies above all in the importance of the people invited and who from year to year have expressed the desire to participate in this event, thanks to word of mouth that highlights the pleasure of meeting and establishing qualified relationships, professional and otherwise, in a convivial, almost familiar environment, where everyone has the opportunity to feel fully at ease. The particularity of the event also concerned the cordiality of the welcome and the pleasantness of the food and wine proposal. To understand the extraordinary nature of the dinner, it will suffice to say that the guests were able to get to know and appreciate the refined cuisine of Dario Ranza who for the occasion was joined by top chefs such as the Cerea brothers of the Da Vittorio restaurant in Brusaporto. Without, of course, forgetting the presence, as far as wines are concerned, of Mattia Vezzola, a well-known and awarded Italian winemaker. The list of participating sponsors is numerous and qualified, starting with Mercedes-Benz, Colombo Group, Swatch Group, Boutique Tourbillon and Hyposcout, the Swiss Sommelier Association which, by contributing in various ways, made it possible to organize the evening.
