Tinext Cloud, renowned Cloud Service provider with two data centers in Switzerland, announces the exclusive event “Security and Governance in the hybrid workplace: strategies for the future of work”, in collaboration with Fidigit, part of the Fidinam group, a IT and digital consultancy.
The event will be held on 12 September 2024, from 16.00 pm to 20.00 pm, at Villa Principe Leopoldo – Lugano. It will be an afternoon dedicated to exploring the challenges and opportunities associated with hybrid working, with a particular focus on data security and accessibility, crucial aspects in an era in which ways of working are undergoing significant transformations.
More and more companies are adopting hybrid working models to increase efficiency and attract global talent. However, this new paradigm also brings new challenges, especially in terms of security and data management. The key question that will guide the conference will be: how to ensure data security and accessibility in a hybrid working environment?

Mattia Minotti, Director of Fidigit SA and CIO of the Fidinam Group, will offer an in-depth analysis on how ERP management software can facilitate the creation of a smart, safe and accessible 24/7 working environment. “We will explore the strategies that companies can adopt to integrate efficiency and flexibility into their work processes and systems, preparing for an increasingly digital and distributed future,” explained Minotti.
The panel of speakers will feature, with the opening speech, Frode Hvaring, Managing Director of Novelia and Visiting Lecturer at EHL and HESGE. Hvaring will focus on the human factor, highlighting the importance of the skills needed to deal with a rapidly technologically evolving world. “Technology is exponential, we cannot compete with it in terms of speed of development: what new skills do we need to deploy? Every day there is a new invention, a new App, a new business model: how to maintain a healthy balance in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world?”, specified Hvaring.
An international expert in leadership, culture and talent management, Hvaring holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Fribourg, postgraduate studies at IMD, Lausanne and Thunderbird, Phoenix, and a doctoral thesis at the Grenoble École de Management and l 'Sant'Anna Institute of Pisa on the topic of cultural ignorance.
