Renovated with great sensitivity by entrepreneur Fabio Dadati and his wife Sabrina Frigerio, the Promessi Sposi today represents an example of modern and sustainable hospitality, earning the XNUMX-star L classification, where the “L” indicates excellent services.
A restoration that celebrates sustainability
Acquired in 2017 by a local entrepreneur, the hotel has undergone a careful renovation that lasted over three years. Each intervention was guided by the aim of harmonizing respect for the environment with design excellence. Thanks to the adoption of high energy efficiency principles and a plastic-free approach, the structure presents itself as a virtuous example of sustainability.
The restyling has created 69 rooms, including superior rooms and suites, many of which boast terraces or balconies with breathtaking views of the lake. The interiors, curated by the artistic direction of Sabrina Frigerio and designed by Arturo Montanelli, combine contemporary details with references to the Lecco tradition. Iconic elements such as the Amami lamps by Artemide and the Memory Lane armchairs by Tacchini coexist with heat-treated oak floors, evoking the charm of the nineteenth-century villas in the area.
A green oasis between design and nature on Lake Como
A distinctive element of the hotel is the “unexpected garden”, a landscape architecture project that develops in height, visible from every floor. The selected plants guarantee blooms throughout the year, while large basins host Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary and myrtle, creating a fragrant tribute to the lake vegetation.

Inside the hotel, the fine dining restaurant Lisander, with only 20 seats, offers an intimate and refined gastronomic experience. Led by chef Alessio Limonta, the menu celebrates contemporary Italian cuisine, reinterpreted with creativity and technique. Each dish is a narrative of flavors that enhances seasonal products, while the wine list, curated by the award-winning maître Carlo Pierato, offers a journey through the best Italian and French labels.

The wellness area, developed in collaboration with Comfort Zone, offers 200 square meters of spaces dedicated to relaxation and a state-of-the-art Technogym gym.
