Born in 1989, originally from Avellino, Alessandro Rinaldi breathed the art of cooking from a young age thanks to his family, where his grandmother was the custodian of the ancient family recipes. This deep bond with traditions has then transformed into a prestigious career, built step by step in the kitchens of renowned Italian restaurants and enriched by collaborations with over 100 world-famous chefs.

One of the most significant encounters of his career was with Agostino Iacobucci, who inspired in Rinaldi a unique gastronomic approach: a fusion between the authenticity of traditions and the pursuit of technical perfection.
