Pre-sales for the Salmo concert are open today in front of the LAC. The large and suggestive stage, overlooking Lake Lugano, will be specially set up for this artist who has recently been able to sell-out the san siro stadium in Milan.
Slamo, the artist
Maurizio Pisciottu, aka Salmo, is 38 today and started writing his first rhymes at a very young age.
The first album, The Island Chainsaw Massacre, is from 2011 and makes it known nationwide.
The following year his second album was released, DeathUSB; in the same year she won the MTV Hip Hop Award in the Best Crossover category.
In 2013, with Midnight, conquers the first place in the Italian album chart, obtaining the gold disc.
Versatile artist, Salmo collaborates with Jovanotti for whom he signs the Saturday video clip; subsequently he opens the concerts of Lorenzo Cherubini's Tour 2015.
In 2017 he also measured himself as an actor, starring in the short film Nuraghes S'arena by Mauro Aragoni.
Eclectic, nonconformist, provocative, Salmo was the first rap-crossover rock artist to perform at the San Siro Stadium, in front of 50 people, and today has over 2,9 billion total streams, 67 platinum records and 41 record gold.
His latest record FLOPS it was certified triple platinum and reached over 250 million streams.
The Psalm Concerto for the LAC
The concert is organized in collaboration with MyNina Spettacoli, as part of the summer festival LAC en plein air.
In the first pre-sale phase there will be a limited quantity of "Early Bird" tickets at the discounted price of CHF 59.
