Simone Lazzaroni and Matteo Gasparini are two university students born in '99 who have decided to believe in a dream, a beautiful dream that concerns us all, coining the brand Kaizen - Change for good: "The idea of Kaizen was born about a year ago, when Matteo proposed me to try to create a new brand, something innovative that could work but respect the environment", thus begins Simone's story about their brand that was born with the aim of "doing good by proposing and supporting various charitable causes".
In fact, it is no coincidence that the term "Kaizen" derives from the Japanese and means "continuous improvement" and this is precisely their philosophy: "At the beginning it was born a bit as a hobby but despite this with the first sale of products, that is reusable bottles , we realized that the project was very popular and in a few weeks we had sold all the products, raising an important amount to donate to charity ”. The first proceeds from the sales of the two boys went to Greenpeace, to fight against plastic in the oceans, and to help the devastating fires that hit Australia, with the donation to the Koala Hospital in Port Macquarie.

The health emergency

With the coronavirus emergency, however, Matteo and Simone decided to focus their current project on our canton. Their new product, launched about a month ago, is a new line of sweatshirts and T-shirts that will help on two fronts: "They are two different donations: to the Swiss Solidarity Coronavirus and to the Society for the Protection of Animals Lugano and surroundings, to offer a safe place and take care of the pets of people who must be absent for a certain period of time ".
However, for two students it is not easy: "A project like this requires sacrifices, but we already have many ideas that we can't wait to put into practice, continuing to offer new products and many innovations always accompanied by the proposal of new causes to support. thanks to charity ".
