«Thanks to the experience of experts in the field of corporate welfare services, we have designed tailor-made solutions to improve the well-being of employees thus improving their satisfaction in the company, productivity, efficiency and reducing turnover. Among the various proposals, the company concierge is our spearhead. This service provides for the presence of a concierge physically present at the company to organize a delivery service and other services to meet the various needs inherent in the private life of collaborators and / or specific needs of the company. Specifically, the company makes the concierge available to its employees on the basis of a subscription that varies according to the range of services requested and the complexity of the organizational structure. Our company concierge will organize collections and deliveries at the times and days established according to the needs of the company and collaborators.
We do not charge any commission on the purchase of the products and services included in the subscription, guaranteeing the best economic conditions also thanks to the centralized purchasing procedures. In this way it will be easier to manage the various daily tasks relating to the private sphere of collaborators that would hardly be compatible with work commitments.
Furthermore, to complete the range of concierge services, we are also able to offer solutions dedicated to relocation. In fact, we have customized relocation solutions for all those companies that need to accompany their employees during the transfer of their residence to Ticino.
