The artificial intelligence revolution is no longer limited to research laboratories or large multinational technology companies. More and more small and medium-sized businesses are facing changes affecting sales, human resources, production, marketing, and purchasing. These transformations will be discussed on Tuesday, October 15, at Lugano Arte e Cultura (LAC) , in an event organized under the aegis of AiHUB and designed to introduce the business community to the new possibilities offered by AI applied to business.
The initiative is the result of a collaboration between four key players in the Swiss technology scene: Artificialy , specializing in the development of AI solutions; Abacus and DeepCloud , focused on integrating management and collaborative processes; and Tinext Cloud , active in the digital infrastructure sector with data centers based in Switzerland. This complementary ecosystem aims to consolidate Lugano as a center of excellence for artificial intelligence.
The program will kick off at 4:00 PM with a presentation by Claudio Hintermann , co-CEO of Abacus and CEO of DeepCloud, who will offer an overview of the organizational perspectives reshaped by AI. Following this, Luca Gambardella , co-founder and CTO of Artificialy, will illustrate concrete case studies of enterprise applications, while Massimo Baioni , digital infrastructure expert at Tinext Cloud, will address the topic of data security and sovereignty, crucial aspects for building trust in AI tools.
The discussion will be moderated by Bruno Giussani , journalist and innovation expert, former European Director of TED, who will lead participants in a multi-voiced dialogue. The goal, the organizers emphasize, is to provide a unified vision of how AI can generate value and innovation within companies.
The evening will conclude with a networking cocktail party starting at 6:00 PM, an opportunity to explore topics and perspectives in an informal and convivial setting.
