What are the values and criteria that guide the strategic choices of Gruppo Sicurezza, today when companies must redefine their role in a rapidly changing world and it is no longer just a question of innovating, but of doing so with coherence, vision and responsibility?
«We understand that authentic value isn't built alone. Every decision stems from an often-overlooked principle: a company is, first and foremost, a network of relationships. And behind every relationship lies trust, sincere listening, and shared responsibility. We live in a world changing at a dizzying pace, but essential needs remain unchanged: feeling protected, understood, and supported. For us, doing business today means staying true to what truly matters: putting people at the center, acting consistently and with respect for the local area. We don't pursue innovation for its own sake, but rather build something solid and lasting, there when it's truly needed.
How are these values reflected in projects, client relationships, and daily choices?
Everything stems from the quality of the human connection, even before the technology. Every project is a world unto itself, with unique characteristics and complexities. The first step is always listening, not only to explicit requests, but also to what remains unsaid: expectations, concerns, invisible nuances. We're often involved for technical reasons, but a bond is created that transcends function: a trust that strengthens over time and becomes the true added value. When a client returns with new responsibilities, it's never a given: it's confirmation of an experience based on expertise, empathy, and constant presence. For us, it's not about finishing a job and moving on, but about cultivating a lasting relationship, built on daily attention and shared responsibility.
Even in complex areas like cybersecurity, you maintain a strong focus on people and relationships. How do you transform this commitment into effective, accessible, and truly useful solutions?
The key is always the same: putting people at the center. Cybersecurity is a strategic issue, but it's often perceived as technical and distant. We asked ourselves: how can we transform something complex into a clear and accessible experience?
The answer lies in the ability to create empathy. When we meet with entrepreneurs or IT managers, we don't start with technical jargon, but with simple questions: What do you want to protect? What are your fears? What risks concern you?
Only then do we build solutions. It's this relationship and this shared language that make the difference: when security is understood, it stops being a burden and becomes a competitive advantage."
Technology and social responsibility don't always easily intersect. For you, however, they seem to be part of a single vision. How does this social commitment define Gruppo Sicurezza's identity?
«For us, social responsibility is not an accessory elementWe were born and raised in Ticino and feel a genuine responsibility to give back to our roots. We collaborate with organizations and foundations committed to education, sports, and culture because we believe that caring is an essential choice.
We don't just provide financial contributions: we offer our time, expertise, and passion. Some employees volunteer at events, others manage logistics, or participate in actual internal fundraising activities.
These activities aren't just corporate social responsibility initiatives: they represent our identity. Because for us, safety also means making people feel less alone, part of a vibrant and inclusive community.
In a company like yours, organizational culture is crucial. How do you ensure that the values of trust and care are truly reflected in internal dynamics, leadership, and employee relationships?
We can't generate trust externally unless we first live it internally. That's why we've chosen a shared leadership style, far removed from a top-down approach: every person must feel recognized and a key player.
We constantly invest in ongoing training, active listening, and the development of transversal talents, often hidden but crucial.
For me, joining the Board of Directors of Forum GSA Ticino and RISE Foundation is a concrete way to give continuity and substance to what I believe in: committing to actively contribute to building a more informed, inclusive, and common-good-oriented work culture, beyond company boundaries, with a real impact on the local community. We don't just want to be a "good place to work," but a place where people feel part of an authentic, shared, and motivating project.
In light of all this, how would you define the concept of “providing security” today?
I see it as a commitment to local communities, based on presence and expertise. Providing security isn't just about installing technologies that work in silence, but being there: communicating, listening, preventing, intervening. It's often invisible work, measured by daily consistency and the ability to anticipate needs before they become problems.
Security is a strategic lever: it protects operational continuity, safeguards reputation, and ensures peace of mind. Therefore, trust isn't a one-time achievement, but an ongoing process. We're proud to build it every day, side by side with customers, collaborators, and the community that hosts us.
