Digital innovation at the heart of the strategy

Among the most significant steps in 2025 is the creation of the new Digital IT division. This structure was created to oversee the technological evolution of the sector, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence applications.

Investment in digital transformation is a cornerstone of the company's strategy. The adoption of advanced tools aims to increase operational efficiency, improve internal processes, and offer customers an increasingly integrated, secure, and personalized experience.

Human capital as a lever for development

Alongside technological innovation, the bank continues to invest decisively in its people. Over the course of the year, training, coaching, and professional development programs were strengthened, with the aim of fostering the growth of internal skills.

Particular attention has also been paid to engaging with the local community through collaborations with universities, organizations, and institutions, with a view to attracting and nurturing new talent. The aim is to consolidate an inclusive and meritocratic work environment, where skills and innovation can translate into sustainable growth.

Team-building initiatives also helped strengthen the sense of belonging and shared corporate values, confirming the centrality of human capital in the institute's long-term vision.

New solutions for professional investors

On the offering front, 2025 saw a further expansion of services aimed at professional clients. The strengthening of the Asset Management division further refined the ability to respond to the needs of investors and specialized operators.

Development also continues on the platform dedicated to structured products, designed for external asset managers and professional investors. The solution allows for real-time quotes, broker-level transactions, and access to a broad selection of issuers, which is set to expand as partnerships evolve.

Strong bond with the territory

In January 2025, Credinvest Bank celebrated its cultural transformation with Astro Credy, an art installation by Yuri Catania placed on the facade of the bank's building in Lugano.

The 550-square-meter work symbolically represents the institute's vision: a female figure projected toward the future, capable of combining local roots, innovation, and ambition. A message that recalls the role of people as drivers of development and change.

A transformation that began four years ago

The 2025 results are part of a process of profound evolution that began over the last four years, following the change in shareholder structure and the renewal of the General Management.

During this period, the number of employees has doubled, the network of private bankers has expanded, and client assets have grown significantly. This expansion has enabled the firm to attract new relationships while simultaneously strengthening support for existing clients.

The model developed by the bank integrates diversified investment platforms, specialized in-house expertise, and a qualified network of strategic partners, with the aim of transforming market opportunities into concrete, high-value solutions.

The perspectives

Looking to the coming years, the bank intends to continue along this path, focusing on three key areas: strengthening collaboration with external asset managers, hiring new private bankers, and selective geographic expansion, both in Switzerland and international markets.

Credinvest Bank's growth will therefore continue to be based on a balance between innovation, independence, and the development of expertise. This strategy aims to consolidate the institution's role as a benchmark in private and institutional banking, addressing global challenges with a long-term vision.
