We are referring to You Chain Swiss, made up of the synergy of four teams specialized in specific operational areas: Arkadia Digital Advisory, active in consulting, teaching and management of the latest generation of digital assets; Fume, present in on-chain administration and tokenization of funds for collective investment organizations, or to evaluate, account for and transfer financial securities through digital automation; Morgaine Advisory, a firm of legal, corporate and tax consultants in the digital sector; You Trust & Partners, registered in the register of financial consultants and also active in traditional financial consultancy.

This consortium, in its three years of activity, has so far demonstrated to the Swiss financial community, and in particular to that of Lugano, its multidisciplinary skills. It stands out for its native and updated approach to the needs of the latest generation of digital finance and for the broad ecosystem represented by the services of the four entities that compose it.

The sold-out conference kicked off with a presentation from ETC Group, a global leader in digital asset management, which outlined the cryptocurrency market outlook.

The session then continued with a first session of speeches, started by Paolo Bortolin, deputy director of the Finance Division of the City of Lugano, who commented on the two bond loans issued by his office with artificial currency, specifically in Swiss francs, and which brought worldwide fame to the Lugano administration for its pioneering debut in municipal bonds digital.

Following are the testimonies of two bank managers: Daniela Rosa, of Banca Zarattini, and Filippo Moor of One Swiss Bank, who, in addition to recalling the administrative obligations that digital customers are also required to respect, confirmed that this particular sector is regulated by compliance on the origin of funds, with inspection activities defined as crypto-forensic, as rigorous as those already applied to traditional customers.

The first session of meetings was then concluded by Carlo Mondani, of SDX, the digital department of the SIX group that manages the Swiss Stock Exchange. SDX, we recall, is one of the most important global platforms for the settlement of digital asset trading.

The second part of the conference continued with speeches by Livio Falcone, head of You Chain Swiss, together with the managers of three of the operating divisions that make up this consortium and that we have already reported: Alessandro Piccolella, Riccardo Conti and Luca Moretti.

The closing speech was then entrusted to one of the most authoritative international experts in financial techniques: Massimo Butti, former director at the London Stock Exchange, then manager of the SIX group, and today active at You Trust & Partners, the fourth corporate structure that makes up the Lugano consortium.

In summary, the speakers' remarks focused on the evolutionary trends of decentralized activities, highlighting that cryptocurrencies are perhaps the best-known element of a much broader panorama. In fact, IT is on its way to rewriting and updating all the paradigms and protocols that regulate the financial, economic, commercial and even relational activities of today's society, modifying their form but not their substance, and keeping the underlying legal responsibilities unchanged, a feature sometimes overlooked by breaking news.

These are developments that are already underway at a global level, motivated by two concomitant and convergent circumstances.

The first: the generational turnover of traditional professional figures, who must coexist with the arrival and needs of the new generations.

The second is justified by a temporal consideration. In a few weeks, with the beginning of 2025, we will archive the first quarter of the century, and references to the past will become so distant in time that they will appear, especially in the economic sphere, as memories of a reality that is already undergoing a rapid and irreversible transformation.
