The Swiss bank's growth journey takes a new step forward with the opening of a new Credinvest office in the center of Lugano. The bank, which has offices in the city and Zurich, has chosen Contrada Sassello 2 as its future headquarters, overlooking Piazzetta Emilio Maraini. Operations are scheduled to begin in early 2026, in an area easily accessible on foot from the headquarters at Via G. Cattori 14.
This initiative is part of a territorial consolidation strategy aimed at further aligning the service with the urban and professional context of Lugano. The stated intention is to more directly address the needs of trustees, consultants, external asset managers, and businesses in the city center.
Dual presence, single identity!
According to the bank's vision, the new headquarters does not represent a structural duplication but rather an expansion of its scope of operations. The offices will retain the same team, standards, and operational setup already established in the Palazzo. Credinvest Bank in Via G. Cattori 14.
The institution, specializing in private banking, wealth management, structured products, and services for institutional clients, thus confirms its customized model: a combination of independence, integrated platforms, and a "tailored" approach, aimed at replicating the attention typical of large players while remaining rooted in the local community. To complete the offering, the bank will continue to provide private underground parking at its headquarters.
The new Credinvest headquarters in Lugano: a relationship-oriented operations center
The initiative stems from the idea of "being there." Physical proximity is conceived as an added value in a financial market often perceived as distant. The presence in the heart of Lugano aims to foster more immediate exchanges, greater accessibility, and direct contact with the professional community who live and work in the area.
The project remains based on a guiding principle: listening to customers and developing solutions based on rapid, accurate, and consistent responses. The bank also cites its solid financial position, advanced technological infrastructure, and a young, long-term-focused management team as elements that support this phase of development.
An investment in the future of the territory
With its Lugano offices—the historic one on Via G. Cattori and the new facility on Contrada Sassello—and its Zurich office at Talacker 35, Credinvest Bank aims to strengthen its proximity model, setting itself apart in the Swiss banking landscape. The city center opening is presented as another step in a strategy based on continuity, trust, and a close relationship with its clients, considered the bank's true asset.
