2025 unfolded in an international financial environment characterized by a partial rebalancing of markets, yet still marked by geopolitical tensions and widespread volatility. In this context, CBA closed the financial year with improving indicators, confirming the development trajectory undertaken in recent years.
Client assets reached 15,9 billion francs at the consolidated level, an overall increase of 2,5 billion francs compared to the previous year. This growth affected all Group companies and highlights positive trends in funding and asset management.
Increase in assets under management thanks to new skills
At the parent company level, assets under management increased by over 900 million francs, reaching 7,5 billion. This result is largely attributed to sales activity and the hiring of new professionals.
Among the most significant transactions was the arrival of a management team that contributed to both the expansion of assets and the expansion of the investment offering. In this context, the bank assumed the role of manager for several sub-funds of the New Millennium SICAV, with some funds achieving the highest rating from Morningstar.
Profitability improving
On the economic front, the bank's net profit stood at 13,7 million francs, up from 11,1 million francs in 2024. At the consolidated level, the result reached 16,5 million, compared to 15,5 million in the previous year.
At the same time, the capital position remains solid: the Tier 1 ratio stands at 35,4% for the bank and 32,6% for the Group. Equity amounts to CHF 403 million, demonstrating a robust financial structure.
Evolution of the offer and innovation
Throughout the year, PKB continued to develop its range of services, in line with the initiatives launched in 2024. Among the new developments was the launch of the Portfolio Hub, a platform that allows clients to obtain an aggregate view of their assets, including assets held at other institutions.
The goal is to offer a more integrated approach to wealth management, expanding advisory options and improving the overall client experience.
Strengthening presence in the DACH market
On the commercial front, the bank has consolidated its position in the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. A significant step forward was the arrival of a new team of advisors at the Zurich branch, with the aim of strengthening its presence in a strategic market.
The outlook according to the management
"The results achieved in 2025 reflect the consistency of the strategy adopted and the team's commitment," said CEO Luca Venturini, emphasizing the desire to continue evolving the operating model to respond increasingly specifically to customer needs.
The Board of Directors and the General Management also expressed their gratitude to customers for their long-standing trust and to employees for their contribution to achieving these results.
