Roberto Rodriguez, Head of Institutional Clients

A significant innovation that strengthens the positioning of the bank as a hub specialized in the structuring of securitized solutions, opening up new opportunities for external asset managers.

A bridge between institutional know-how and the retail market

The listing of AMC on the stock exchange is a natural step in the evolution of the Credinvest ecosystem. For nearly a decade, the Bank has been active in the structuring and securitization of complex investment strategies, working with vehicles domiciled in Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, and other international jurisdictions. With this initiative, Credinvest expands this expertise, enabling managers to transform their investment strategies into fully transparent instruments listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. AMCs can be built on the main liquid asset classes—equities, bonds, rates, currencies, and multi-asset strategies—while maintaining full management flexibility and an operationally efficient structure.

Listing on the Italian Stock Exchange also allows us to meet growing demand from investors and distributors seeking regulated, flexible solutions that can be easily integrated into their advisory and wealth management processes.

A strategic opportunity for external asset managers

The main beneficiaries of this initiative are external asset managers. Thanks to the listed certificates, managers will be able to:

  • benefit from a clear and recognized regulatory framework;
  • access new retail markets supported by regulated channels, without proprietary infrastructure;
  • transform your model strategies into listed tools;
  • maintain ownership of management, delegating structuring and life cycle (issuance, reporting, post-sales) to Credinvest.

In this sense, Credinvest acts as a partner, accompanying the manager from the idea phase to the management of the strategy.

An integrated institutional platform

With offices in Lugano and Zurich, Credinvest Bank serves external asset managers, trust companies, banks, funds, family offices, and brokers through a structured, digital, and interconnected platform designed to meet complex needs in the areas of securitization, structured products, and customized investment solutions.

The Institutional Clients Division has been led for three years by Roberto Rodriguez, who has extensive experience developing structured solutions and managing institutional clients. "Our ambition is to provide institutional clients with tools and support to transform every investment idea into a concrete financial opportunity," says Rodriguez. "This means reducing process disruptions between advisory, issuance, distribution, and post-sales management, ensuring integrated oversight of activities and support throughout the entire lifecycle of the investment."

solution".

All operations are supported by a proprietary e-banking system, developed internally, which allows access to documentation, issuance, reporting, and operational flows in a customizable and white-label format.

Infrastructure, market and relationship

One of Credinvest's distinctive features is its in-house trading room, which combines technological automation with human interaction. Operators and specialists ensure responsiveness even during the most complex trading and management phases. Through a single access point, institutional clients can connect to a select network of global counterparties, white-label online trading platforms, and investment banks active in derivatives and OTC markets, with a particular focus on the foreign exchange market. Credinvest can also act as paying agent, depositary bank, and calculation agent, coordinating onboarding, issuance, and product management in an integrated manner.
